We’re excited to announce the third offering of our 2024 Mindfulness Book Club series! Written by Catherine Price, How to Break Up with Your Phone: The 30-Day Plan to Take Back Your Life helps us gain greater awareness of our phone habits, so that we can have more freedom about how and when we use our phones (you know, that thing that you’re holding in your hand right now!). This highly praised book has 4.6 stars on Amazon, based on close to 3000 reviews!

The book provides information about why phones are so addictive, what we can do about it, and how we can have a good, healthy relationship with our phones. In this book club, Jaclyn Thomas, LMSW, Director of Mindfulness Programming, will lead you in meditations and exercises from the book. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect and share with others. 

We will meet bi-weekly on Tuesdays from 6 - 7 PM EST on Zoom, starting on May 21st. The specific dates are 5/21, 6/4, 6/18, and 7/2. This group is open to everyone, and it will be conducted in English. Please note that—although this will be conducted by a SoHo CBT + M therapist—this is not group therapy. It’s a book club.

The $50 total cost includes all four meetings and the fee is non-refundable (so please be sure that you can attend!).
