I’m a CBT psychotherapist providing in-person & online individual and group therapy for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). If you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or believe you might have it, are struggling to stay organized, meet deadlines, or maintain focus, you are not alone.

People come to me to develop strategies to manage their ADHD symptoms and improve their quality of life.

I Help ADHD Adults With:

  • Attention & Focus

  • Impulsivity or Hyperactivity

  • Time Management

  • Organization and Planning

  • Procrastination Improvement

  • Professional or Social Challenges

  • Emotional Regulation

What is ADHD Therapy?

In therapy, we focus on understanding your unique experiences with ADHD, identifying potential barriers to success, and developing personalized strategies to enhance your daily functioning. Key areas of our work may include:

  • Self-Discovery: Exploring your strengths and challenges to understand how ADHD impacts your life and how you’d like your life to look if ADHD didn’t have as much of an impact.

  • Organization and Planning: Creating routines and organizational systems to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.

  • Improving Focus: Developing techniques to enhance concentration, reduce distractions, and build your attention span.

  • Adaptive Thinking: Look at situations rationally and make rational choices about the best possible solution for you.

  • Managing Impulsivity: Learning strategies to control impulsive behaviors and make more thoughtful decisions.

  • Enhancing Relationships: Improving communication skills and social interactions to foster healthier relationships.

My ADHD Therapy Process

Initial Consultation: Our work begins with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This session helps us understand your unique situation and tailor our approach accordingly.

Personalized Sessions: Each session is designed to address your specific needs and lets you progress at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I primarily use research-proved methods, based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. We will explore various aspects of your life and work collaboratively to foster growth and positive change.

Ongoing Support: Therapy for ADHD can be an ongoing process. Whether you need short-term or long-term guidance, I am here to provide support every step of the way.
